Healthy Bounty

A tropical classic in a new disguise

There’s just something about the combination of chocolate and coconut that never goes out of style. The crispy outside, the soft, sweet centre, and that feeling of being instantly transported to a hammock under the palm trees — all in a single bite.

This recipe is my healthier take on the beloved Bounty bar – with no added sugar, but still full of flavour and with a satisfyingly rich texture.

These little treats are perfect as a snack for the kids, a sweet companion to your coffee, or a lovely way to end a good meal.

Bonus: They’re quick to make, need just a few ingredients, and require no baking.

So if you’re dreaming of tropical vibes and chocolate, but want to keep things a little healthier, this recipe is just for you 🌴🥥
